Recommendation to Parents

» Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the School Authorities by endorsing regularity and discipline by seeing that their wards prepare their lessons and by taking and active and helpful interests in the activities of the school.

» Parents/Guardians are informed that the occasional reports from the teachers are conveniently sent through the diary.

» Parents/Guardians are particularly expected to sign message the progress report or any similar document when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home.

» Parents/Guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address at the earliest.

» When communicate with the Principal, the Parents/Guardians are requested to mention in their letters the class and section of their children.

» Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children of interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.

» Parents/Guardians are not allowed to write anything in the progress Report. Progress Report should be submitted within a week. Otherwise Rs. 5/- will be charged per day as fine.

» Parents/Guardians are requested to produce the identify card of their ward at each school office in order to take the child out of the school campus during the school hours.

» Parents/Guardians are requested to meet the teachers of their children on every second Saturday-time 9a.m. to 11a.m.

» Parents ought to see that their children lake active part in all the activities of the school.
