» There will be three terminal examinations in a year. In all the examinations 40% of marks in each subject is required for pass.
» Students who are absent from examination for any reasons will not be re-examined.
» If a pupil is not able to appear for the whole or part of an examination for valid reasons his/her case will be considered on the strength of the year's record.
» In case a student is found using unfair means in an examination, he/she will be rewarded zero in that paper and debarred from appearing for the rest of the same offence will result in dismissal.
» Results of the examination are final. Parents and guardians are not expected to dictate any terms to the school authorities regarding their child's promotion or detention which was decided on the merit of the performance of the child.
» All the student should make it a point to show themselves courteous and polite at all times. The school is judged by their decorum of behavior.
» Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behavior outside. Any report of objectionable conduct outside the school on the part of the pupils made them liable to disciplinary action and even dismissals from the school.
» All the students should reach the school at least five minutes before the warning bell for the assembly.
» Late comers will not be admitted to the class without Principal's permission.
» In order to acquire a good command of the English language which is the medium of instruction, student should speak English in the School premises.
» School tasks assigned by the teachers should be done punctually. No book, newspaper, periodicals and the like shall be brought to the school without the sanction of the Principal.
» Silence must be observed in the school premises during class hours.
» Pupils are not allowed to leave the School campus during the interval.
» Fines may be imposed by the principal for breaches against regularity or discipline.
» The school reserves the right to dismiss a student who is irregular in attendance, whose progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory, whose conduct in the school or outside is harmful to other students, or whose guardians show little or no interest in the progress to teachers, of their words. Grave insubordination, discourtesy or disrespect to teachers, contempt of authority, and willful damage to property or physical violence will result in dismissal from the school.
» Running and shouting in the school building is not allowed. When using staircase and corridors all must keep to the left. Walking or standing around the office area of the visitors lobby shall be avoided even during recess.
» Students are not permitted to buy eatable from vendors outside the school ground.
» In case of illness, extending over a week's time a medical certificate must be produced before their return to school together with the leave application.
» If a child continues to be absent for 15 days without the permission, his/her name will be struck off from the school rolls and in case of rejoining, in addition to the admission fee payable re-admission shall be subject to the principal's discretion.
